They do! People hear ‘bees’ & think ‘honey’ – but the honey bee is just one species! In the UK we have >250 types of bee (most live on their own), and in the world there’s over 20K.
Some cut leaves into wallpaper, some make cement out of mud and spit, some are cuckoo bees and sneak their babies into other bee’s nests, and some even nest in empty snail shells. Bee world is amazing.
