Governor Rosas Aispuro commented that sanctions will be applied to people who hold massive or private meetings or sell alcoholic beverages in secret.

In his speech, the President assured that the entity is going through the most difficult stage since the country issued emergency health measures.
He admitted that cases of infectious diseases and deaths are increasing. On Monday, 196 new Covid-19 cases and 873 deaths were reported, including 39 deaths in one.
