The AMD Radeon RX 6700 will arrive with 12GB of GDDR6 VRAM

We already have the first leaks of the future AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT and AMD Radeon RX 6700 , one with the NV22 XT chip and the other respectively with the NV22 XTL. Consumption will be about 186 to 221W for the XT and between 146 and 156W for the common.

The AMD Navi 22 silicon, in its full version, offers 40 Compute Units, which translates to a maximum of 2560 Stream Processors, so this could be the configuration of the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, which are the same cores as We see in the Radeon RX 5700 XT but with the RDNA 1.0 architecture, so the Radeon RX 6700 could come with 2304 Stream Processors, which is the same number of cores present in the Radeon RX 5700.

The two cards will have a 192-bit memory interface, that is, they will be with 12 GB of GDDR6 memory, there may be a cheaper model with 6 GB of VRAM memory.

These GPUs will arrive in January, so the leaks are likely to intensify as we get closer to the launch window.
