Images and specifications of the 7763, a 64-core model of the new EPYC Milan series, have emerged.

AMD first used the Zen 3 architecture, which is completely renewed, on Ryzen 5000 desktop processors. Then we will see EPYC Milan on the server-side, Threadripper on the HEDT platform, and Ryzen 5000 APUs on the mobile side.

We recently looked at the tests of the EPYC 7713 processor with 64 cores and 128 threads. Now, the processor’s physical visual and some technical features have been shared. Also, this CPU is said to be an engineering example.

Zen 3 architecture desktop processors attracted attention with significant IPC gain and high performance values. The performance of the new generation EPYC series will be interesting. There is no official release date for these chips against Intel’s Xeon family. However, it is expected to be officially introduced at the end of 2020.
