AMD has seen how the first official specifications and performance tests of its Radeon RX 5600M, a mid-range graphics card for portable gaming devices, have been leaked, and that is why it was found in a Dell G5 5505 that offers an AMD solution Complete because in addition to this graph it includes an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with 8 cores and 16 threads at a Base / Turbo frequency of 2.90 / 4.28 GHz along with 8 GB of RAM @ 3200 MHz (2x 4GB).
As revealed by the Geekbench benchmark itself, the AMD Radeon RX 5600M finally offers 18 Compute Units that are translated into 1152 Stream Processors at a frequency of 1.49 GHz along with 6 GB of GDDR6 memory. Unfortunately, this data does not match the rumors and leaks that 2304 Stream Processors would offer.

Based on the Geekbench 5.1.1 OpenCL performance test , this graphics card reached 51,933 points . For reference, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Mobile is around 62,000 – 63,000 points on average (+ 20%), so this is its direct rival, that is, low-cost gaming laptops to play at Full HD @ 60 FPS resolutions with high graphic qualities. As always, the price will be decisive, since it is halfway between the GeForce GTX 1650 Ti and this GeForce GTX 1660, at least in OpenCL, it will be time to wait for gaming tests.
Now it only remains to know what graphics were actually leaked that performed as a GeForce RTX 2060 and it was believed to be this Radeon RX 5600M but with 2304 Stream Processors.
