The RTX 30 graphics card family based on the Ampere architecture is not complete at this time and Nvidia hopes to launch new models in the high, mid and low range. The new information we have indicates that the green team is already working on the RTX 3080 SUPER and RTX 3070 SUPER.
I know there are some new SKUs recently, but I don't know their names yet, maybe 3070 Super and 3080 Super.

In a recent leak, we learned that the RTX 3060, RTX 3050 Ti and RTX 3050 graphics cards are ready . We also get the RTX 3060 Ti as the latest release in the RTX family. This means that Nvidia continues to use the ‘Ti’ nomenclature and is not replacing this nomenclature with SUPER. As with the Turing generation, the strategy would be for the SUPER and Ti variants to coexist on the market. So we could see an RTX 3070 Ti and another RTX 3070 SUPER , the same with the RTX 3080 Ti and SUPER . However, this is not even close to being confirmed and we will have to wait for Nvidia to officially clarify the situation and its future releases.
As a curious fact, it is stated that both the RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3070 SUPER variants will use the GA103 chip, which sits between the GA104 and GA102 chip.
The source also tells us that Nvidia had plans to launch RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 models with more VRAM memory, but that the shortage of GDDR6 modules made them rethink this idea and settle for a lower amount of memory. The GDDR6 module shortage is expected to be addressed later this year, so Nvidia could launch new models with more memory capacity in the coming months.
Starting on January 11, CES 2021 will be held. Nvidia will be there to present all its novelties and the announcement of different discrete graphics cards, in addition to Ampere-based GPUs for notebooks, is not ruled out. We will keep you informed.
