June 2020 is an atypical month, but also spectacular in terms of news. It will be the first without an E3 that brings together the great protagonists of the video game industry to present their next releases, which is undoubtedly something historic, but it has also been the month chosen by PlayStation to debut – after several delays – which is one of the most anticipated video games of the generation. The Last of Us: Part II is already about to land in stores around the world, and is, of course, one of the featured releases we talked about in this video special.
But June will also allow us to enjoy other notable releases such as Valorant , the remaster of the classic Command & Conquer Red Alert and Tiberian Dawn, or the promising Disintegration in which one of the authors of the Halo saga has worked. There is more because we can not overlook Desperados 3, the return of a classic PC saga, which, in the line of the Commandos series, proposes us to enjoy exciting duels in the Wild West from the perspective of a strategy and infiltration game.
Without E3, as we said, this will be an atypical June, but it does not mean that we will not have important news for the video game industry. As we tell you in the video, at the beginning of the month we will have the EA Play 2020 where Electronic Arts will present its future releases, in the same way that CD Projekt will do the same with a digital event dedicated to Cyberpunk 2077.
As last-minute news, Sony has set the date and time for the PS5 presentation event, where we will see its first video games in action. That being said, below we leave you with the list of most outstanding releases of June 2020:
