With only three weeks on the market, SnowRunner has already sold close to a million copies, a figure well above the expectations of the studio and in which the Epic Games Store has had a lot to do, contributing a third of the demand and, given the store’s profit-sharing, possibly higher revenue.
It is not the only good news for those responsible, Saber Interactive, and is that according to information from an industry analyst, the video game has also had a good performance from its Premium Edition as well as its first DLC. With this perspective, the title is likely to enjoy long post-launch support.
SnowRunner arrived in stores three weeks ago, on April 28, betting on offering a next-generation off-road experience in which players have to drive powerful vehicles and overcome extreme environments to complete dozens of challenging missions alone or with up to three friends.
