Capcom just announced that Resident Evil Re: Verse has been delayed again . Originally scheduled for the launch to coincide with the debut of Resident Evil Village , the online multiplayer experience had been postponed to the summer period of this year, but evidently the development team needs more time to file all aspects.
The Japanese company made the announcement official with a post published on its social channels, in which it specified that Resident Evil Re: Verse will only be published starting from 2022 .
“The previously announced Resident Evil Re: Verse launch window will be moved so that the development team can continue working towards a more refined gameplay experience . We will be sharing updates regarding the launch at a later time. Thanks for your patience and understanding “ , is the publisher’s statement, adding in a second message: ” For players who have purchased a physical version of Resident Evil Village, we recommend keeping an eye on the Resident Evil Re: Verse download code or add it now to your account so you can be ready when the game arrives next year . “
