Interested in remaster of the first Red Dead Redemption game? This one may be released for next-gen consoles
During the current generation, an acclaimed cowboy sandbox called Red Dead Redemption 2 was released. The sequel to the 2010 title garnered the absolute love of critics and the highest scores of 2018. While fans did end up distancing themselves a bit with the game for the next several years, it’s hard to say that it isn’t much memorable in RDR 2. This game, like its predecessor, has enough to be considered a masterpiece, although some may hesitate to use this word when considering the ( legitimate) problems they have with gambling.
In this way, Red Dead Redemption and its sequel will return to current and new generation consoles. That’s right, RDR and RDR 2 would join forces in a collection called Red Dead Redemption: The Outlaws Collection. This, according to an Amazon leak shared by different Twitter accounts, would include an improved version of the second installment. Perhaps the most striking thing is that this collection includes a remastered version of the first title. All of this in one package that includes a picture of Jack Marshton and Arthur Morgan.
One of the most curious points of The Outlaw Collection is that it seems that it will be released on devices such as the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Has the RDR remake been made with these devices in mind or will it be thinking about the new generation? Will there be gameplay changes to eliminate filler hours that abound in RDR? Can they rework the story so that their good ideas are more than just ideas with potential?
We’ll see what happens to Red Dead Redemption: The Outlaw Collection in the coming months. Of course, a remaster of the first installment seems to be inevitable.
