On Twitter, rumors about a possible Bloodborne Remastered have resurfaced and this time they are somewhat compelling
Bloodborne symbolizes something profound for Souls fans and Sony fans. This title launched in 2015 and began the golden age of the PlayStation 4, after two years without many flashy exclusives. After this From Software game, times turned for the PS4 and it started to get jewels on a consistent basis. In addition to this, this game received critical acclaim and was considered by many to be the best game of 2015. Taking that into account, Bloodborne Remastered could be announced sooner than everyone expected.
The Twitter account called Gaming Leaks & Rumors shared a tweet from Anton Logvinov. Logvinov commented (in Russian) that Bloodborne Remastered would be announced for PlayStation 5 and the Epic Games Store. Why is what Longinov shares important? It so happens that this leaker is the same person who leaked that Horizon Zero Dawn would be released for PC. And since no one thought Zero Dawn would escape the PlayStation 4, this gives it a certain level of credibility. Of course, leakers are often inconsistent, so it’s best not to trust yourself.
The announcement would be made in the month of December, which would make sense since it would coincide with the second anniversary of the Epic Games Store. If you recall, EGS revealed itself to the world by releasing Hades, the acclaimed game from Supergiant Games, in its Early Access. At the same time, it would create a lot of excitement among Sony fans sometime after the launch of the PlayStation 5. Thus, the entire Soulsbourne collection will be playable on the PS4, making it the preferred console for FromSoftware fans.
We will see if this remaster is announced in December of this year.
