The story of Horizon: Forbidden West, everything you need to know
We recommend that you do not continue reading if you have not overcome the story of Horizon: Zero Dawn, as you may find potential spoilers about the saga from here on. If you have already passed the title on PS4, you will know that the adventure was in a stand by in which Aloy managed to stop the corruption of Hades, although it is intuited that S ilence, one of the most important characters in the plot, has been pulling the strings necessary to gain that power and dominate the world and the machines that populate it. In fact, this is something that is already sensed in the presentation trailer of Horizon: Forbidden West, where Silence himself is seen exerting his influence on said machines to corrupt and control them.
In this way, Aloy will leave for the West to continue discovering the truth that is hidden in her world and stop the plans of Sylens and her followers. In addition, the image of the dragon that appears surrounding the young woman after finding an inscription on the ground also suggests that details of how the world was destroyed and a new one had to be generated will continue to be known, allowing Aloy to know some of the roots of the ancient world and its cultures, as in this case China would be.
