The German PlayStation Blog may have confirmed the postponement of the release date of the expected Horizon Forbidden West to 2022 . In fact, a post published on the site lists the major titles coming out on Sony platforms from now to the end of the year and among these, Aloy’s new adventure is missing.

The post mentions Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, Aliens: Fireteam Elite, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Life is Strange: True Colors, Tales of Arise, Deathloop, Battlefield 2042, Ghostrunner and GTA 5. Obviously many of the games are missing from the list due out in 2021, but the absence of Horizon Forbidden West, one of the most anticipated titles by PlayStation players, is somewhat suspicious.

The sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn is expected to arrive on PS5 and PS4 by the end of the year according to past promises made by Guerrilla Games and Sony. However, that of the PlayStation Blog is not the first clue that would seem to indicate the postponement of 2022. In recent weeks, in fact, the indiscretion had been launched by journalists Jason Schreier on Bloomberg and Jeff Grubb of Giant Bomb , who have proved to be rather reliable sources in the past. , especially the former.

In short, at this point it would seem to be missing only the official from Sony, which could arrive during the next State of Play which, according to rumors, should take place in September.
