CD Projekt RED has managed to position itself as the most valuable video game company in all of Europe, a milestone of great importance when we consider that this Polish studio only has one Intellectual Property (IP) for sale, and this is none other than The Witcher. Once Cyberpunk 2077 arrives, the company will re-shoot its value.
If one wins the first place, another loses it, and this is none other than the French Ubisoft, and it is somewhat surprising considering that this study has many top-tier IPs such as Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, Watch Dogs, Far Cry And a long etcetera.
To have a clear perspective, CD Projekt RED is currently valued at € 8,010 million, while Ubisoft is currently valued at € 7,820 million. However, it should be noted that it generated a total of 114.83 million euros in income and 38.57 million euros in net profits, while Ubisoft claimed a large income of 416.55 million euros only in its third quarter of the year fiscal 2019, a clear example of the large number of securities that the French company owns, in addition to the money it moves thanks to microtransactions, of course.
