Yesterday we informed you about the new delay in the launch of Cyberpunk 2077; And today, the CEO of CD Projekt shared some additional details on the reason for this. According to Adam Kicinski, the game is ready for PC, however, the main reason behind this latest delay is due to the current generation of consoles.

In other words, what this means is that the PC version of Cyberpunk 2077 is ready but, nevertheless, in order to release all versions at the same time, the team decided to delay it again. From the looks of it, CD Projekt RED will focus solely on improving the performance of the long-awaited futuristic game on current consoles.
This delay adds to the controversy in which the study was involved after forcing its employees to work six days a week to comply with the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, so we believe that these 21 extra days will be crucial for the company.
