Activision confirmed that newcomer Call of Duty Cold War set a new record in the franchise after its first day on sale. Cold War is expected to exceed the initial revenue of Modern Warfare (2019), which in 3 days since its launch, raised $ 600 million dollars.
Just three days after the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Activision’s new title has already reached record numbers for the CoD series. In a recent press release, the publisher confirmed that Cold War became the game with the largest digital release in franchise history.
