Through a statement, 2K Games announced that Borderlands 3 for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will arrive on November 10. For its part, the version for PlayStation 5 will be available from November 12.
We remind you that Borderlands 3 for next-gen will be offered as a free update. That is, if you already have the game for Xbox One or PlayStation 4, you will receive the version for Xbox Series X | S or PlayStation 5 at no additional charge.
It’s important to note that all of your Borderlands 3 save and progress data on current platforms can be carried over to the next generation. In this way, you can continue playing from the part where you left off, but now with 4K resolution and a rate of 60 frames per second.

Thanks to this patch, Borderlands 3 players will be able to enjoy vertical split-screen matches on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This new feature will arrive on Xbox consoles on November 10, while on PlayStation 4 it will be available from November 12.
