Thanks to the Geekbench benchmarking software we know that Xiaomi is preparing the launch of a new range of RedmiBook 13 , RedmiBook 14S and RedmiBook 16 portable equipment , with the difference that this time we are dealing with a new variant powered by an AMD Ryzen 4000 Series processor in instead of offering a 10th Generation Intel Core.
Thanks to this benchmark we know that we will have a RedmiBook 13 with an AMD Ryzen 7 4700U processor (8 cores + 8 threads @ 2.00 / 4.20 GHz), while thanks to 3DMark we know that a RedmiBook 14S and a RedmiBook 16 will arrive with Ryzen 5 4500U processors (6 cores + 6 threads @ 2.30 / 4.00 GHz) and again the Ryzen 7 4700U.

Unfortunately, all of them have a drawback to save costs, 16 GB of DDR4 @ 2666 MHz RAM, remembering that these CPUs are very dependent on memory, there being a noticeable difference in performance depending on the speed of it. For example, moving from DDR4 @ 3200 MHz memory to LPDDR4X @ 4266 MHz memory came to imply a performance improvement of 16.9% in the 3DMark Time Spy. The information is completed with the use of a 512 GB capacity SSD.
Now we just have to wait to know when they will be officially announced and their prices, something interesting since the Xiaomi subsidiary offers lower prices.
