Later, the company announced the M1 processor iPad Pro and iMac models on April 20 . While all this was happening, Nikkei, one of the reliable sources of the industry, claimed that the technology giant from Cupertino was working on the Apple M2 processor . According to the information shared, it is said that the processor in question will be launched with the new MacBook models, which are expected to be introduced in the second quarter of this year.
No clear information has been shared about the features of the processor, which will be launched as the successor of the ARM-based Apple M1 processor. However, in line with the information provided by robust sources, we see that the mass production of the new generation M2 processor has started and this processor may be released in early July.
