One of the announcements that left a great deal of hype was the presentation of the Lord of the Rings series. After this news, many of us are waiting to learn more about it, as they will tell us more history of Tolkien’s world. Now then, it has just been revealed that the series recording has just come to an end, concluding the series’ filming cycle.
This has been revealed by the director of the project, Juan Antonio Bayona through his official Twitter. The tweet he shared made great allusion to the bare feet of hobbits, also accompanied the photo with a great message. As we know, the series has been filming in New Zealand, the country where the various films in the saga were also recorded.
This is my last photo in New Zealand. I have no words to thank this extraordinary land and its beautiful people for taking me in this last year and a half. My heart feels a little kiwi now and I can’t wait to be back. pic.twitter.com/KnTpJFdDyT
