Matt Reeves, the director of The Batman, the new bat movie with Pattinson as the protagonist, has confirmed on social networks that today was the last day of filming, thus ending a bumpy shoot that has been interrupted by the coronavirus in more than one occasion.
It is worth remembering that last summer, during the DC FanDome, the first official full trailer of the film was presented (you can take a look below these lines) and it had to spend a little over half a year to read, confirmed by the director, that the filming of The Batman comes to an end. Reeves himself confirmed at the time that they only had about 25% of the movie filmed.
Own Matt Reeves has confirmed to the filming of The Batman on Twitter , sharing the image of the last count we show below these lines.

We know that The Batman will delve into the detective side of Batman. Not for nothing is considered the best detective in the world, and yet it is an aspect little exploited in the films made with the character. The film will feature several villains that will make up the criminal world of Gotham City.
Colin Farrell will become the Penguin and Paul Dano will do the same by giving life to Edward Nigma, better known as Enigma or Riddler, giving the character a renewed version, according to Matt Reeves’ own words.
For her part, Zoe Kravitz will sharpen her nails and become Selina Kyle / Catwoman for The Batman movie. Pattinson will have unquestionable allies such as Alfred Pennyworth , who will play Andy Serkis , and Commissioner James Gordon , who will be played by Jeffrey Writght .
Reeves has also spoken of the importance that the Gotham PD series will have , as it is set in year 1 of Batman. In addition, we will have a less “Americanized” cinematic vision of the city. One of the reasons it is being filmed in the UK.
